Telugu actor Ravi Teja’s father, Bhupathiraju Rajagopal Raju, passed away at 90 on July 15 in Hyderabad due to age-related ailments. A pharmacist from Jaggampeta, Andhra Pradesh, he lived a low-profile life. He is survived by his wife Rajya Lakshmi and two sons, including Ravi Teja. His third son, Bharath Raju, died in 2017.

Telugu actor Ravi Teja's father, Bhupathiraju Rajagopal Raju passed away on Tuesday night (July 15) at the age of 90 due to age-related ailments at his residence in Hyderabad. Ravi Teja's father hailed from Jaggampeta, Andhra Pradesh and was a pharmacist, who maintained a low profile in Hyderabad. He and his wife hardly made any public appearances.

Ravi Teja's Work Front
On the work front, Ravi Teja was last seen in Mr. Bachchan, which is an official remake of the 2018 Hindi film Raid and was released on August 15, 2024. However, the film was declared as a disaster at the box office.
