‘Social Media Is Not A Yardstick To Measure Actor’s Work & Popularity’: Manav Gohil Calls It ‘Relationship Of..’ (Exclusive)

Manav Gohil, best known for his stint in shows like ‘Dabangii,’ ‘Aparajita’ and more, recently got in an exclusive chat with The Free Press Journal and spoke his heart out speaks about how social media numbers cannot be the yardstick to measure an actor’s work and popularity.

Speaking about the same, Manav says, “Social media is great but to merge social media and actors is very difficult,I don’t know how many actors I love to watch or perform would be as good on social media there is a dichotomy there. I don’t think social media by any means can be the yardstick to measure an actors work or even popularity for that matter it’s a relationship of convenience they both need each other and I do hope in time this particular interdependence lessens or the craze lessens a bit.”

Ask the actor about his upcoming projects and he hints towards a ‘mega star cast’ release on the cards. “It’s mega star cast that will be announced soon am sure my well wishes would be ecstatic to hear about it the first schedule is done with. In December I have an OTT release and that will be announced soon as well so am waiting for that to be spoken about soon enough. Amazon MX it is,” Manav concludes.
