Shraddha Kapoor Rents Swanky New House In Mumbai's Juhu, Pays Whopping ₹72 Lakh Rent
Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor is all set to move to her new abode around the New Year as she has rented a luxurious apartment in Mumbai's upscale Juhu locality. The actress, who is basking the success of Stree 2, has already paid a whopping rent of Rs 72 lakh for it.

Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor is all set to move to her new abode around the New Year as she has rented a luxurious apartment in Mumbai's upscale Juhu locality. The actress, who is basking the success of Stree 2, has already paid a whopping rent of Rs 72 lakh for it.
According to reports, Shraddha has rented a swanky apartment in Prime Beach CHS, Juhu, spanning over 3,929 sq ft. The rent of the apartment is pitched at Rs 6 lakh per month, and reports mentioned that the actress has already paid Rs 72 lakh in total for 12 months.
The apartment deal also includes access to four car parking slots in the sprawling housing society. The deal was sealed on October 16, and Shraddha paid a stamp duty of Rs 36,000 along with a registration fee of Rs 1,000.
Shraddha will now be neighbours with Akshay Kumar and his wife Twinkle Khanna.

In August, reports had gone viral that Shraddha was eyeing Hrithik Roshan's Rs 100 crore sea-facing apartment in Juhu. However, seems like the deal did not materialise and the actress has finally found herself a new home.
Shraddha has not reacted to the reports yet.
On the work front, Shraddha delivered the biggest hit of the year so far with Stree 2, which released in theatres on August 15. The film shattered all records at the box office, and went on to earn over Rs 800 crore globally. Stree 2 also starred Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee and Aparshakti Khurana in lead roles.
Shraddha will be next seen in the supernatural thriller, Naagin, which is expected to go on floors in 2025.
