Sambhavna Seth REACTS To Sana Khan Forcing Her To Wear Burqa: 'I'm Proud Hindu, No One Can Dictate My Clothing'

Actress, Bigg Boss 2 contestant Sambhavna Seth recently met former actress Sana Khan for her upcoming podcast, however, the latter is now getting slammed by netizens after she allegedly 'forced' Sambhavana to wear a burqa and a dupatta.

It all started when Khan told Seth, "Tere paas ek acchi salwar kameez nahi hai... thappad chahiye? Where is your dupatta? Burqa laao... Sambhavna ko burqa pehnao." Reacting to the same, Sambhavna said that she is a proud Hindu and firmly stated that no one has the right to dictate her clothing or force her to wear a burqa.

"That was just a fun conversation between Sana and me. We have been friends for years, and she invited me to her Ramadan special podcast. The discussion was about how I had gained weight and my clothes were getting tight. In that context, Sana jokingly mentioned bringing a dupatta for me," Sambhava told India Forums.

Sambhavna said that she would not wear shorts for a Ramadan podcast as she understands the sentiment, but she is an individual who makes her own choices. While she respects all religions, she cannot be forced to wear a burqa.

Further defending Sana, the actress said that had she known their conversation would take such an ugly turn, leading to Sana getting trolled, she would not have posted the video. "Why would I put up something that would bring negativity to my friend?" concluded Seth.

Sana quit her acting career before marrying Anas in November 2020. Later, Khan also deleted pictures and videos of herself from her shoot diaries and trips from her social media.
