Allu Arjun Arrest: AP Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan Departs For Hyderabad On Special Flight To Meet Pushpa 2 Actor's Family

Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and Janasena party chief Kalyan departed for Hyderabad on a special flight to meet Allu Arjun's family members, shortly after a local court in Hyderabad sent him to 14 days of judicial custody in the Sandhya Theatre stampede case, which claimed the life of a 39-year-old woman and left her son critically injured.

Notably, Pawan Kalyan's brother and megastar Chiranjeevi, who is also Allu Arjun's relative, wrapped up a film shoot midway to reach Chikkadpally police station. However, the police requested him not to come to the police station. In a now-viral video, film producer Dil Raju was spotted outside the police station.

Soon after Hyderabad Police arrested Allu Arjun from his Jubilee Hills residence, his friends from the industry and relatives started gathering at his residence in the city.

The Pushpa actor had also moved the Telangana High Court seeking the quashing of an FIR in connection with a stampede at Sandhya theatre on December 4, which claimed the life of 39-year-old woman's life and left her son critically injured. Hearing in the High Court is ongoing.
