Ajay Devgn Nearly Mobbed As He Steps Out Of Mumbai Bungalow To Greet Fans On 57th Birthday, Rush Forces Him Back Inside; Watch Video

Bollywood's 'Singham' Ajay Devgn celebrated his 57th birthday on Thursday (April 2), and fans gathered in large numbers outside his Mumbai residence to wish him on the special occasion. Several admirers from different parts of the city were seen waiting outside the actor’s bungalow, hoping to catch a glimpse of him.

A while later, Ajay briefly stepped out to greet the crowd. The Drishyam actor waved at the fans and folded his hands to thank them for their birthday wishes. However, he stayed outside only for a few minutes as the crowd quickly grew around him.

A video which surfaced on social media shows the situation becoming difficult to manage, with fans moving closer in an attempt to meet the actor. As the crowd surged forward, Ajay was nearly mobbed by the enthusiastic fans. He soon headed back inside his bungalow after greeting them.

Meanwhile, several Bollywood celebrities and fans have flooded social media platforms with birthday wishes for the actor.

His wife, actress Kajol, also took to social media to wish him. Along with a photo of Ajay, she wrote, "At some point the candles on the cake look less like a celebration and more like a fire hazard… 🧐 I think u have reached that point .. happy birthday anyways … may u always have cake ? @ajaydevgn."

Ajay made his acting debut with the film Phool Aur Kaante in the year 1991. He has been in the industry for more than three decades, and still, he is one of the biggest names in Bollywood.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Ajay has some interesting films lined up like Dhamaal 4, Drishyam 3, Ranger, and Golmaal 5. Dhamaal 4 is slated to release on July 3, 2026, Drishyam 3 will hit the big screens on October 2, 2026; and Ranger is scheduled to release in December. Meanwhile, Golmaal 5 will release in 2027.

A few days ago, the makers of Golmaal 5 shared a funny video to make an official announcement about the movie. Akshay Kumar has joined the franchise, which is directed by Rohit Shetty.
