UGC NET December 2024: Registration Deadline Today, Payment Window Closes Tomorrow

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the registration process for UGC NET December 2024 on December 10, 2024. Interested candidates can complete their applications on the official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in. The payment portal will remain open until December 11, 2024.
UGC NET December 2024: Documents Required for Registration
1. Photograph: Recent color or black-and-white photo with 80% face visible (10Kb–200Kb) on a white background.
2. Signature: Scanned signature (4Kb–30Kb).
3. Identity Proof: Aadhaar Card/Passport/Bank Passbook with photo/Voter ID/Other Govt-issued ID.
4. Educational Certificates: Board/University certificate for name and birth details, qualifying degree certificate, or last semester marks sheet.
5. Address Details: Mailing and permanent address with PIN code.
6. Category Certificate: If applicable.
Important: Submitting multiple applications will lead to rejection. Only one application per candidate is allowed.
Application Fee
The registration fee can be paid via SBI, Canara, ICICI, HDFC Bank, or through Debit Card, Credit Card, or UPI. The fee structure is:
₹1150 for General/Unreserved
₹600 for General-EWS/OBC-NCL
₹325 for SC/ST/PwD/Third Gender
Important Dates
Correction Window: Open from December 12 to December 13, 2024.
Examination Dates: Scheduled from January 1 to January 19, 2025.
Exam Format
The UGC NET December 2024 will be a Computer-Based Test (CBT) comprising two sections of multiple-choice questions. There will be no break between papers.
