The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta is set to release the results for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 shortly, though the exact date and time have not yet been confirmed. Candidates who took the exam can check their results on the official website, iimcat.ac.in.
Provisional Answer Key and Final Results
The provisional answer key for CAT 2024 was released on December 3, with candidates having the opportunity to raise objections until December 5. The final answer key will be published alongside the results.

Click on the link for the IIM CAT 2024 scorecard on the homepage.
Log in using your User ID and password.
Your scorecard will be displayed.
Check your result and save the PDF for future reference.
Candidates must download and retain their CAT 2024 scorecards until the admissions process is completed.
Normalization Process and Key Stats
The results will undergo a normalization process to account for factors such as percentile distributions, mean, median, and score ranges.
A total of 3.29 lakh students registered for the exam, with 2.93 lakh appearing for it, resulting in an 89% attendance rate. The exam, held across 389 centers on November 24, 2024, had a revised pattern. The DILR and QA sections contained 22 questions each, while the VARC section had 24 questions, totaling 68 questions.

Historically, CAT results are released 20 to 25 days after the exam. Following this trend, results for CAT 2024 are expected to be announced either this week or the next. For reference, CAT 2022 results were released on December 21, 24 days after the exam.
