New Delhi: July has already begun, but the 20th installment of the PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi has not yet been credited to farmers’ accounts. Usually, this installment is transferred in June. Crores of farmers across the country are currently awaiting this ₹2,000 payment. Speculations suggest that the government may release the installment sometime this month.
Sources indicate that Prime Minister Narendra Modi may release the 20th installment on July 18, coinciding with his upcoming visit to Motihari, Bihar, on July 20. However, no official confirmation has been issued yet.
