Bondada Engineering Limited has secured multiple contracts aggregating to Rs 42.50 crore, strengthening its order book across two distinct segments. As outlined in the filing, the projects span telecom infrastructure and environmental solutions, reflecting the company’s ability to operate across diverse domains and capture opportunities in both sectors.

One of the key contracts involves a Letter of Award from Telangana Police Housing, Infratech and Consultancy Services Corporation Limited. The project focuses on the supply of self-supported communication towers and prefabricated equipment rooms across Telangana. This initiative is aimed at enhancing statewide communication networks for the Telangana Police IT and communications department.

The company has also secured an order from Fixity Technologies Private Limited for execution of Plastic Waste Management Units under the Swachh Andhra Corporation initiative. The project will be executed through its subsidiary ATPOLE Technologies, leveraging BLDC motor technology. This move marks a significant step in expanding its presence in environmental infrastructure and sustainable solutions.

The contracts involve comprehensive execution, including design, fabrication, erection, installation, commissioning, and maintenance for telecom towers, along with end-to-end execution of waste management units. As detailed in the table on page 2, all orders are from domestic entities and are scheduled for completion within a timeframe of 2 to 8 months.

The total contract value stands at Rs 42,50,76,005, inclusive of taxes. The company confirmed that these orders do not involve any related party transactions and that there is no promoter group interest in the awarding entities. This ensures transparency and adherence to regulatory norms.
