Over 20 Passengers Injured After Bus Overturns Near Satna; MLA Visits Spot
Most passengers suffered minor injuries, though one person with chest pain was referred to Satna District Hospital for further treatment.

Satna (Madhya Pradesh): As many as 22 passengers were injured after a bus overturned in Satna on Monday.
The accident occurred near Podi village on Kothi Road in Satna district on Monday morning, around 11 AM.

According to information, the private bus, operated by Vijay Bus Service, was on its way from Birsinghpur to Satna when the driver lost control while trying to avoid a four-wheeler coming from the opposite direction.
Most passengers suffered minor injuries, though one person with chest pain was referred to Satna District Hospital for further treatment. The others received first aid at the Kothi Community Health Centre.
After the accident, passengers escaped through the bus windows with the help of local villagers. Kothi police reached the spot quickly after receiving information and helped arrange medical care.

Minister Bagri was already in the area to inaugurate a gravel road project worth ₹4.8 lakh in Nachnaura village, when she received news of the accident and immediately reached the hospital.
