Class 10th Science question paper leaked in Morena, two teachers booked
Second paper-leak case in Madhya Pradesh in three days
Morena (Madhya Pradesh): Two teachers were booked after a Science question paper of Class 10th was leaked in MP's Morena district on Monday.
After getting a tip-off, Morena Collector, along with district education officials reached the spot and seized the phones of the accused teachers.
The incident was reported at Jaura Central Academy where the science examination of MP Board was being conducted. Police said that two teachers on duty at the exam centre leaked the paper through Whatsapp.
Morena district collector Ankit Asthana, SDM Arvind Mahore, district education officer (DEO) AK Pathak reached the spot as soon as the matter came to light. After investigating the matter, the officials seized the phones of three including two teachers and immediately informed the police.
The teacher reportedly leaked the paper in order to benefit one of his relative’s son.
Case registered probe on
Police have registered a case against the teachers.
Speaking on the matter, collector Ankit Asthana said, “At Jaura Central Academy Examination Center, two teachers have leaked the High School Science paper from their mobile phones. The matter is being investigated. Police action is being taken against three including two teachers.”
Notably, this is the second paper-leak case in Madhya Pradesh in three days. On Saturday, a class 10th question paper was leaked in Dhar, following which two school principals and three teachers were suspended.
