The bodybuilder rested himself on the equipment surface and tried lifting a 165 kg weight rod. A girl, said to be his wife, picked up the rod and provided it to him.

In the video, the girl left the spot after handing over the weight in his hands. However, things went wrong later.

Seconds after the man grabbed the weight, he faced trouble lifting it. While he managed to lift it once, he couldn't pull it up later. The weight dramatically rested on his neck, choking him up and screaming for help. The unattended bodybuilder was trapped in the gym equipment after being unable to lift the heavy object.

It is debated whether the girl was incapable of assisting his workout or rescued him after the weight nearly choked his neck. Some users claimed she didn't hand over the weight rod properly to him, while others claimed she efficiently managed to pull the heavy equipment after it struck him.
