WPL 2026 Auction: Check Out The Mumbai Indians Full Squad ft Amelia Kerr, Shabnim Ismail

Mumbai Indians have focused on buying back their former players in the ongoing WPL Auction 2026. The two-time champions retained their core with captain Harmanpreet Kaur headling the squad fresh off her Women's World Cup success.

They entered the WPL Auction with ₹5.75 crore remaining in their purse. With a maximum squad limit of 18 players, MI shelled out a whopping ₹ 3 crore on Amelia Kerr. The Kiwi all-rounder was the Purple Cap winner last season. Her ability with the bat made her an asset in demand, with MI spending more than half their purse on Kerr.

MI also added South Africa veteran Shabnim Ismail to the ranks. Ismail was part of the MI squads previously and is another star player returning to the set up. Little known all-rounder Sanskriti Gupta was also joined for ₹ 20 lakh.
