The Lahore-born cricketer is set to be in regular action from February 8 when the tri-series in Pakistan gets underway against South Africa and New Zealand.

Former Pakistan skipper and premier batter Babar Azam has announced via his official handle on the social media platform of X that he has lost his phone. In a statement, Babar wrote, "I have lost my phone and contacts. Will get back to everyone as soon as I find it."
The Lahore-born cricketer is set to be in regular action from February 8 when the tri-series in Pakistan gets underway against South Africa and New Zealand. With the Champions Trophy in focus, the Men in Green will want to put their best foot forward and win the tri-series.

As far as the 30-year-old's batting form goes, he has done decently in ODI cricket, hence, he is primed to make an impact in the upcoming Champions Trophy edition. However, Shaheen Shah Afridi had dismissed him in the first over during a recent intra-squad practice game.

The Men in Green, captained by Sarfaraz Ahmed, amassed 338 in the final, spearheaded by Fakhar Zaman's hundred. Later, fiery spells from Mohammad Amir and Hasan Ali ensured that India got nowhere close to the target.
Pakistan will start the tournament against New Zealand on February 19 in Karachi.
