Reflecting on their partnership in 2020, Hamilton praised Cullen's dedication and positive influence, stating, "She has been one of the greatest things that’s happened to me in my life... She’s focused, selfless, and she makes my weekends peaceful." He emphasized the importance of surrounding oneself with positive individuals, highlighting Cullen's role in his success.
Two years ago, Cullen made the decision to leave Formula 1 after seven years of working closely with Hamilton as his trainer and physiotherapist. This reunion coincides with Hamilton's recent integration into the Ferrari team. He has been familiarizing himself with the team's operations, participating in simulator sessions, and driving Ferrari's Formula 1 machinery in preparation for the upcoming season alongside teammate Charles Leclerc.
