Football Transfer News: Juventus Reportedly Show Interest In Manchester United's Marcus Rashford

In a significant development as far as football transfer news go, Juventus has reportedly expressed interest in acquiring Marcus Rashford due to the uncertainty surrounding Dusan Vlahovic's future. With rumours floating around Dusan Vlahovic exiting the club, Juventus will need another striker and they have reportedly shown interest in Rashford.

According to Sky Sports, Barcelona have shown interest too but haven't made an approach. Notably, the young striker has expressed his interest in joining Barcelona, making a statement in public about it. The likes of Antony, Alejandro Garnacho, Tyrell Malacia, Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho are among the five players expressing their desire to leave the club.

A source of Sky Sports also revealed that Rashford is not in Ruben Amorim's plans moving forward.

Former English footballer Teddy Sheringham made a massive statement about Rashford's willingness to move to Barcelona, claiming that he should make the most of playing for Manchester United. He said, as quoted by Sky Sports:

"If you assess where Marcus Rashford is at as a professional footballer, you strive as a youngster to get to the very top and play for clubs like Manchester United, and when you're there, you appreciate it. You don't throw it away and say you want to leave. I find the whole episode very soul-destroying, compared to the way I was back in the day and how I strove to get the privilege to play for such a huge football club."
