VIDEO: Woman Thrown 30 Feet Into Air After Being Hit By Speeding Car, Dies on Spot On Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar – Paithan Road

A speeding car dashed a 60-year-old woman near Rahulnagar Phata on Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar – Paithan Road on Sunday evening. The impact was so severe that the woman was thrown around 30 feet into the air and died on the spot. The deceased has been identified as Shindubai Rambhau Galphade (Katpur, Paithan).

Sindhubai, a resident of Katpur, had gone to the weekly market at Jayakwadi on Sunday evening. After purchasing articles from the market, she was returning to Katpur. While crossing the road near Rahulnagar Phata, a speeding car (MH20 EV 3691) traveling from Paithan to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar hit her. Shindhubai was severely injured, and nearby residents rushed her to the Government Hospital at Paithan, where the doctors declared her dead. The accident was captured on CCTV, and the video has gone viral on social media.

Local residents informed the Jayakwadi police about the accident. A case of accidental death has been registered, and under the guidance of API Ishwar Jagdale, constables Khadu Manchare and Ganesh Khandagale are investigating the case further.
