Global star Priyanka Chopra's family has leased their property in the upscale neighbourhood of Koregaon Park in Pune for a monthly rental value of over ₹2 lakh, according to property documents from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR).
As per the IGR property registration documents, the property rented out by Madhu and Siddharth—Priyanka's mother and brother respectively—measures 4,800 sq ft.
The transaction incurred a stamp duty payment of ₹39,000 and registration charges of ₹1,000, the documents revealed.

The registration document specifies a security deposit of ₹13.5 lakh, with a lock-in period of 36 months for the lease.
The transaction was registered in February 2025.
According to the agreement, there will be an annual rent escalation of 5 per cent, with the monthly rent rising from ₹2.25 lakh to ₹2.73 lakh by the fifth year.
Over the five-year lease term, the total rental income is expected to be ₹1.49 crore.

On the work front, Priyanka is currently shooting for RRR director SS Rajamouli's upcoming film, also starring Mahesh Babu. She will also share the screen with Idris Elba and John Cena in Ilya Naishuller's action comedy titled Heads of State. Additionally, she will be seen in the action film The Bluff, directed by Frank E. Flower, alongside Karl Urban.
