Navi Mumbai: Panchshil Realty's Gramercy Info Park Acquires ₹615 Crore Industrial Land In Ghansoli’s MIDC Area
In a major real estate transaction, Gramercy Info Park Private Limited, a part of Panchshil Realty, has acquired a significant land parcel in Navi Mumbai for a total of Rs 615 crore. The deal, executed through two separate transactions, involves prime industrial land in the T.T.C. Industrial Area of Ghansoli.

Navi Mumbai: In a major real estate transaction, Gramercy Info Park Private Limited, a part of Panchshil Realty, has acquired a significant land parcel in Navi Mumbai for a total of Rs 615 crore. The deal, executed through two separate transactions, involves prime industrial land in the T.T.C. Industrial Area of Ghansoli.
According to records accessed by Propstack, the first transaction was completed on February 11, 2025, with a deed of transfer for a 73,600 square meter plot (Plot No. 22/1) in the M.I.D.C. industrial area. The deal, valued at Rs 235.34 crore, saw the property being sold by Savitriben Tulsidas Mehta and others to Gramercy Info Park Pvt Ltd.
The second transaction, also dated February 11, 2025, involved the transfer of a larger parcel of land measuring 1,18,727 square meters. This included Plot No. 22/2 and a part of Plot No. 22/2(Part). The consideration for this deal was Rs 379.65 crore, bringing the total value of both transactions to Rs 615 crore.
The acquisition signals a significant investment in the rapidly developing Ghansoli region, which is emerging as a key hub for commercial and industrial developments. Panchshil Realty, a leading name in the real estate sector, is known for its high-end commercial and residential projects, and this purchase is expected to further enhance its footprint in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
