Residents of Navi Mumbai, Kamothe, and Kharghar should brace for a temporary water supply disruption as the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) has scheduled maintenance work at the Bhokarpada Water Treatment Plant and the feedermain pipeline from Morbe Dam to Digha.
According to NMMC, the maintenance will require a shutdown on Thursday, March 6, leading to a water supply suspension for 10 hours, from 10 am to 8 pm. in the affected areas.

As per the NMMC notification, water supply will resume on Friday, March 7, but with low pressure until normal operations are restored. Residents are urged to use water judiciously during this period.
