In another incident on the coastal road, a worker was killed in September when a diamond merchant's car hit him inside the tunnel.
The worker was completing his task when the BMW car driven by Rahil Himanshu Mehta hit him.
In another incident, two cars collided head-on forcing the tunnel to be shut down temporarily.
