The much-awaited Mumbai T20 League 2025 is set to kick off in grand style on June 4. In a special gesture ahead of the inauguration, Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) President Ajinkya Naik and League Chairman Vihang Sarnaik paid a courtesy visit to Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar to personally invite them to the event.
This year's edition of the league promises to be a cricketing spectacle, with Indian star batsman Rohit Sharma as the face of the tournament. Prominent players such as Suryakumar Yadav, Shreyas Iyer, Ajinkya Rahane, Shivam Dube, and Shardul Thakur are expected to light up the competition with stellar performances.
The matches will be held across two iconic venues – Wankhede Stadium and DY Patil Stadium – with eight teams competing for the coveted title. Organizers have ensured comprehensive preparations to deliver a high-quality experience for fans.
