Sahil Shah alias Flacko, who was wanted by the officials of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in connection with a drugs case related to actor Sushant Singh Rajput's death, recently surrendered himself before the agency.

Based on the information provided by Flacko, the NCB officials are closing in on a few other persons connected with his network, agency sources said.

In April last year, NCB had arrested two persons who were peddling curated marijuana. The agency had seized 310 grams of contraband worth Rs 30 lakh from the arrested duo, sources said.

Those arrested were Ganesh Sakharam Shere and Siddhanth Amin. Shere, officials claimed, aspired to be a police officer and had also given state level exams.

The NCB had intercepted Shere and Amin at Parel Village and had seized curated Hydroponic Marijuana (buds) and cash Rs 1.50 lakh. In this case, the peddlers were distributing various strains of buds like Blackberry, Northern, Rainbow, Forbidden, etc. These curated buds are highly expensive and imported from Europe, Canada and USA.

"The accused would deliver curated marijuana to clients from Mumbai to Navi Mumbai just like we see food delivery persons. The drugs were being sent from abroad and distributed in the city. The drug syndicate was internationally being run by one Sahil Shah alias Flacko, who was in Dubai. Sahil was also in touch with two peddlers whom we had arrested in the Sushant Singh Rajput drug case. Sahil was interrogated and he is currently under judicial custody," the officer said.
