The Pydhonie police registered a First Information Report (FIR) for assault and murder against the family members after the post-mortem report indicated that Vishwakarma’s death was unnatural.
The incident occurred on February 15 in Khadak, Dongri, when the family allegedly caught Vishwakarma, assaulted him severely and then handed him over to the Pydhonie police, reported Times of India. According to an official, "On February 15, we registered an FIR under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and arrested the accused; but within a day, he was hospitalised."
Post-mortem Report Reveals Startling Update
Vishwakarma’s condition worsened and he died at JJ Hospital on February 16. The post-mortem report revealed internal injuries as the cause of death, categorising it as unnatural.
