Mumbai: Patient's Relative Attacks Security Guard For Causing Delay In Open Hospital Door
A patient's relative attacked a security guard at Raksha Hospital in Malad over a delayed door opening. The accused, with a criminal background, used a deadly weapon after an argument. Police are investigating as the hospital management filed a complaint.

Mumbai: A security guard at Raksha Hospital in Malad was brutally assaulted by a patient's relative on November 28 after a delay in opening the hospital door. The Malvani police have registered a case against the accused, who is reported to have a criminal record.
According to Police, The incident occurred when the accused brought his wife, who had overdosed on sleeping pills, to the hospital for treatment. "The delay in opening the door angered the accused, who started abusing the security guard. The situation escalated into violence when the accused snatched the guard's keys and attacked him on the head with a deadly weapon," a police officer said.

Following the assault, the hospital management lodged a complaint at the Malvani police station. While no one else was injured, some doctors were allegedly threatened during the incident. The accused has since apologized to the hospital. However, the police are continuing their investigation, and appropriate legal action is being taken.
