A major traffic jam occurred in Worli and Tardeo on Saturday evening, lasting nearly three hours, due to a concert held at the Mahalaxmi Racecourse. The legendary rock band Guns N' Roses took the stage at 6:45 PM and performed until 10 PM.

Mumbai: A major traffic jam occurred in Worli and Tardeo on Saturday evening, lasting nearly three hours, due to a concert held at the Mahalaxmi Racecourse. The legendary rock band Guns N' Roses took the stage at 6:45 PM and performed until 10 PM.
Pradnya Jedge, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic), South Mumbai, stated, "Between 5:30 PM and around 8:30 PM, internal roads in the Worli and Tardeo areas experienced heavy traffic congestion. However, the Coastal Road and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link remained clear."
Meanwhile, several commuters reported that the Coastal Road and nearby routes were also packed with vehicles, causing significant delays.
The concert at the Mahalaxmi Racecourse drew a massive crowd, with many fans reportedly walking long distances—nearly 4 km—in long queues just to reach the venue. The overwhelming turnout reflected the high level of excitement surrounding the event.
