Mumbai: Affordable Rental Space Available for Conferences and Seminars at the Municipal Capacity Building and Research Centre (MCBRC), Powai

The BMC's Municipal Capacity Building and Research Centre (MCBRC) in Powai is now offering the well-made space on rental basis for educational/constitutional/board meetings, conferences, and seminars. The huge premises is equipped with 200 car parking space, and 27 spacious rooms, seminar halls, auditoriums and exhibition halls.

Th training centre, primarily used to train officers and staff from various BMC departments, is situated in a scenic and spacious location. Citizens can now rent space for private meetings and seminars via the website https://mcmcr.mcgm.gov.in, the BMC said in its statement on Friday.

Private parties can rent the rooms, auditoriums, seminar halls and classrooms at affordable rates. The facilities at the property includes a Air conditioning in all rooms, CCTC surveillance, sound system in conference halls, projector for audio-visual presentations, generator backups, visitors dining arrangements and parking space for 200 vehicles among others.
