Mumbai: National Lok Adalat Resolves 134 Cases, Recovering Over ₹88 Crores Across 3 Debts Recovery Tribunals
The National Lok Adalat was held on December 14 at Debts Recovery Tribunals - I, II and III, Mumbai, under the guidance of Ashok Menon, Chairperson, DRAT, Mumbai and Arun Kumar Singal, P.O. DRT-1, II & III , Mumbai.

Mumbai: The National Lok Adalat was held on December 14 at Debts Recovery Tribunals - I, II and III, Mumbai, under the guidance of Ashok Menon, Chairperson, DRAT, Mumbai and Arun Kumar Singal, P.O. DRT-1, II & III , Mumbai.
The following number of cases were settled in DRTs.
DRT-I - 13 Cases with Rs 8.92 Crores recovered.
DRT-II - 44 Cases with Rs 24 Crores recovered.
DRT-III - 77 Cases with Rs 55.90 Crores recovered.
This Lok Adalat was held in consultation with the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA). It was chaired by retired District & Sessions Judge Subhash Dharmadhikari along with members of the panel Kaushik, Legal Sr. Manager, Bank of Baroda and Advocate Shri R.J. Singh.
Sanjai Jaiswal, registrar, DRT-III, Mumbai thanked all officers/bank officers/ staff and litigants who contributed directly or indirectly in making this National Lok Adalat a success.
