Mumbai: Kumar-Vibe JV Secures ₹115 Cr Investment From Nisus Finance For Luxury & Mid-Segment Housing Projects
Real estate joint venture Kumar Vibe Properties Pvt Ltd, a 50:50 collaboration between Kumar Properties and Infrastructure LLP (led by Hitesh Jain) and Vibe Realty Pvt Ltd (led by Gopal Sarda), has secured a ₹115 crore investment from Nisus Finance, the companies announced in a joint statement on July 23.

Real estate joint venture Kumar Vibe Properties Pvt Ltd, a 50:50 collaboration between Kumar Properties and Infrastructure LLP (led by Hitesh Jain) and Vibe Realty Pvt Ltd (led by Gopal Sarda), has secured a ₹115 crore investment from Nisus Finance, the companies announced in a joint statement on July 23.
The capital infusion will be used to develop three residential projects located in Khar West, Goregaon West (Mumbai) and NIBM (Pune).
These projects are tailored for different segments of the housing market:
Ultra-luxury homes priced at ₹7 crore and above in Khar West
Premium luxury residences ranging from ₹3 crore to ₹4.25 crore in Goregaon West
Aspirational homes up to ₹1.25 crore in NIBM, Pune
Collectively, the projects are expected to generate a topline of over ₹1,100 crore, the statement said.
Speaking on the partnership, Gopal Sarda, Founder & CEO of Vibe Realty, said the funding reflects confidence in their execution capabilities and vision to deliver differentiated living experiences. “This strategic alliance with Nisus Finance not only ensures financial closure but also strengthens our position in these high-demand urban pockets,” he noted.
