Mumbai: Dongri Police Seize ₹58.92 Lakh Worth Of Gutkha, Arrest Two In Wadibandar
According to the police, Constable Jayesh Gole, 34, of Dongri Police Station received confidential information that a large consignment of gutkha had been brought into the Wadibandar area by truck.

The Dongri Police from the Wadibandar area seized contraband gutkha and tobacco-related products worth Rs.58.92 lakhs on Friday. Rabiul Islam Sheikh and Neeraj Singh were arrested during the operation.
According to the police, Constable Jayesh Gole, 34, of Dongri Police Station received confidential information that a large consignment of gutkha had been brought into the Wadibandar area by truck. Acting on this tip, the police laid a trap at Wadi Bunder Junction, South Lane, P. D'Mello Road.

They stopped a truck and, upon inspection, discovered gutkha and tobacco-related products worth Rs.58.92 lakhs. Subsequently, an FIR was registered, and two individuals were arrested.
