Mumbai: Dharavi Students Showcase Vision for Redevelopment In 'Mere Sapno Ki Dharavi' Art Competition
Themed ‘How Do You Visualise a Redeveloped Dharavi or Dharavi in 2050’, the contest provided the young minds a platform to express their dreams and aspirations for a better tomorrow.

More than 200 students from ten schools in Dharavi came together on Republic Day to showcase their creative vision for a redeveloped Dharavi at an inter-school art competition ‘Mere Sapno Ki Dharavi’. Organised by Navbharat Mega Developers Private Limited (NMDPL) under its Dharavi Social Mission (DSM). The event was held at Kamarajar Memorial English High School & Junior College in Dharavi.
Themed ‘How Do You Visualise a Redeveloped Dharavi or Dharavi in 2050’, the contest provided the young minds a platform to express their dreams and aspirations for a better tomorrow. Participants were provided with drawing kits and canvases to ensure a level playing field and showcase their talent.
