Mumbai Crime News: Man Held For Abusing Former BJP Corporator Surekha Patil During Facebook Livestream
According to a complaint by a party worker, the accused, Chandrakant Gaikwad (alias Chandu) used offensive language against ex-corporator Surekha Patil during a Facebook livestream on August 3. He also hurled offensive comments towards officers of the Samta Nagar police, said the complaint.

Mumbai: The Samta Nagar police have arrested a man for allegedly using abusive language against a former female BJP corporator on social media.
According to a complaint by a party worker, the accused, Chandrakant Gaikwad (alias Chandu) used offensive language against ex-corporator Surekha Patil during a Facebook livestream on August 3. He also hurled offensive comments towards officers of the Samta Nagar police, said the complaint.

The act has hurt the sentiments of BJP workers, it added. The complainant claimed that Gaikwad was aware that the video would be viewed by the public.
