Although the giant sized bill board has been erected on a privately owned plot, it is dangerously distracting motorists on the public road.
The flashy, attention grabbing graphics which project advertising content as bright as the glare from high-beam lights has prompted road users to question if there were any regulations laid down by the civic and police authorities for this kind of high frequency lighting display.
