Mumbai: Shaina NC has been appointed national spokesperson of the Shiv Sena led by deputy chief minister Eknath Shinde. She is a prominent member of the party in Mumbai and provides the crucial connect between India Inc with the Shiv Sena.

Political Journey from BJP to Shiv Sena

She is the daughter of the former sheriff of Mumbai Nana Chudasama and is a social activist in her own right. She is also a well-known fashion designer who served the state BJP as its treasurer for several years before joining the party led by Shinde.

Will Represent Shiv Sena on National Platforms

She unsuccessfully contested the last assembly election from Mumbadevi. As the national spokesperson, she is expected to articulate the Shiv Sena's view point in television debates and other fora.
