Nashik: In a major operation, Maharashtra ATS, in coordination with Andhra Pradesh Police, arrested Tausif Aslam Shaikh from Nomani Nagar, Malegaon on Monday. A tailor by profession, had been on ATS radar for a long time. Investigations revealed he was in contact with Pakistan-based terror outfits via WhatsApp and other social media platforms, allegedly conspiring against national security. He is being questioned at Malgaon Police Headquarters.
