Godrej Properties Restructures Top Team in Mumbai Amid Executive Exits
Godrej Properties has reshuffled the entire leadership team. Amitesh Shah has been appointed as the Zonal CEO MMR while Sandeep Navlakhe will be taking over as COO from August 1, 2025.

Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL), one of India’s leading real estate developers, has announced key changes in its senior management team for the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
Amitesh Shah has been appointed as the Zonal CEO MMR while Sandeep Navlakhe will be taking over as COO from August 1, 2025.
In a regulatory filing dated July 18, 2025, the company confirmed that Priyansh Kapoor, Zonal CEO – MMR, has stepped down, with his resignation effective from the close of business hours on July 18. Amitesh Shah has been appointed as the new Zonal CEO – MMR and will take charge from July 19, 2025.

The company also announced that Vikas Singhal, Chief Operating Officer (COO) and senior management personnel, has resigned and will step down on July 31, 2025. Sandeep Navlakhe will assume the role of COO starting August 1, 2025.
Godrej Properties stated that all necessary disclosures have been made in accordance with the SEBI Master Circular related to senior-level appointments and exits.
