Mumbai: Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has sold his apartment in Borivali East, Mumbai, for Rs. 4.35 crore. The property is located in Sky City and was developed by Oberoi Realty on a 25-acre site in Borivali East. According to property registration documents available on the website of the Inspector General of Registration and reported by Square Yards, the transaction was officially registered in March, as per the official data.

Akshay purchased this property in November 2017 for Rs. 2.37 crore. He recently sold the flat for Rs. 4.35 crore, which represents an 84 per cent profit.
The resale value was confirmed by the IGR data. The property has an overall carpet area of 1,073 sq. ft. and includes 2 parking spaces. The transaction incurred a stamp duty of Rs. 26.1 lakh and registration charges of Rs. 30,000.
Meanwhile, Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan recently sold his duplex apartment in Oshiwara, Mumbai, for Rs 83 crore. According to property registration records obtained from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website by Square Yards, the deal was officially registered in January 2025.
