Mumbai: BEST Undertaking is expanding its air-conditioned (AC) bus fleet to enhance its service and improve connectivity across Mumbai. Following the introduction of AC buses on routes A-7, A-511, and RC53 last week, BEST rolled out another 24 AC buses starting Tuesday.
In this second phase, two key routes will get upgraded services. Route A-340, connecting Ghatkopar Station (West) to Agarkar Chowk, will see the addition of 15 AC buses. Route A-422, running between Vikhroli Depot and Bandra Bus Station (West), will have nine new AC buses.
