Viral Video Sparks Controversy
Amid the ongoing probe, a video surfaced on social media, showing a man holding what appears to be a bomb made of gelatin sticks. In the clip, he is seen smoking and casually patting the explosive in his hand.
Congress spokesperson Supriya Shrinate shared the video on X (formerly Twitter), alleging that individuals named Vijay and Shriram were behind the attack. She wrote, "A bomb blast occurred in a mosque in Beed, Maharashtra. The blast was done by Vijay and Shriram. Before the blast, Vijay had shared this video on Instagram. A bomb in one hand and a cigarette in the other. Is this the fear of law and order and police in Maharashtra? Shame on Devendra Fadnavis."
However, there is no official confirmation linking the viral video to the Beed mosque blast, and it remains unclear whether the man in the video is one of the accused.
