On August 12, Georgina shared the happy news with her 57 million Instagram followers, posting a close-up of their intertwined hands. The centrepiece of the photo was a glittering diamond that was impossible to miss. Captioning the post, she wrote, “Sí, quiero. En esta y en todas mis vidas” (“Yes, I do. In this life and in all my lives”).

Within minutes, the image went viral, with fans flooding the comments section with congratulations, while others couldn’t stop talking about the sheer size of the rock that now sits on her finger.

Jewellery influencer Julia Chafe didn't waste any minute and took a deep dive into the ring's jaw-dropping intricate details. "Does #GeorginaRodriguez have a $3 million #engagementring?” she teased in her post.

In her breakdown, Julia estimated the stone to be a 35-carat oval-shaped diamond, D-Flawless, which may cost as much as $3 million. She compared it to a similar 35-carat D-VVS tip emerald-cut diamond sold at Sotheby’s for the same amount.

But Georgina's gem, she says, is likely even bigger and of the highest quality. "I'm guessing it's at least $3,000,000,” she noted, adding that the side stones are just as spectacular as the centrepiece.

“If there's anything we know about Georgina, she's not here to mess around. She waited nine years for that ring. She deserves it,” Julia quipped in her video.
