'Har Ghar Naukri, Jeevan Bhar Roshni': Nitu Joshi Of Miam Charitable Trust Empowers Tribal Youth In Gadchiroli
In a region long affected by backwardness and Naxal unrest, a transformative initiative titled “Har Ghar Naukri, Jeevan Bhar Roshni” (A Job in Every Home, Light for Life) is changing lives—thanks to the dedicated efforts of Nitu Joshi and her team at Miam Charitable Trust, in collaboration with Surjagad Ispat Pvt. Ltd.

Gadchiroli: In a region long affected by backwardness and Naxal unrest, a transformative initiative titled “Har Ghar Naukri, Jeevan Bhar Roshni” (A Job in Every Home, Light for Life) is changing lives—thanks to the dedicated efforts of Nitu Joshi and her team at Miam Charitable Trust, in collaboration with Surjagad Ispat Pvt. Ltd.
Launched in the remote tribal belt of Waddalapeth (Taluka Ahiri), this initiative provides free physical training, academic coaching, digital literacy, nutrition, and transport facilities to tribal youth preparing for careers in the army, police, CRPF, forest services, and other government sectors.

This CSR-backed project, financially supported by Surjagad Ispat Pvt. Ltd. and socially driven by Miam Charitable Trust, is fast becoming a beacon of hope in one of Maharashtra’s most underserved regions.
