Indore Prepares For National Lok Adalat: 82 Benches To Resolve Over 1 Lakh Cases
Along with these, pre-litigation cases related to bank recovery 56266, electricity 2073 and others 23435 are being kept for settlement on the basis of compromise.

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): A Lok Adalat will be organised on Saturday for which 82 benches have been setup to resolve the cases. Under the guidance of Principal District and Sessions Judge and chairman District Legal Services Authority Ajay Srivastava, National Lok Adalat will be organised on Saturday at Indore District Court, Labour Court, Family Court, Consumer Forum, MP Real Estate Regulatory Authority and Tehsil Court at Tehsil level and other places.
In the National Lok Adalat, cases pending in various courts have been kept for compromise, made up of criminal 2637, civil 951, motor accident claim 2731, electricity 2203, cheque bounce 9606, land acquisition 33, matrimonial 544, maintenance 242, criminal appeal 17, civil appeal 236 and other around 2123 cases.

District legal aid officer Mithilesh Dehariya has urged all parties in the National Lok Adalat to get their cases resolved on the basis of mutual consent and reconciliation.
District Judge/Secretary-District Legal Services Authority Asif Ahmed Abbasi has appealed to the parties to get their cases presented before the National Lok Adalat in maximum numbers and to avail the benefits of the prescribed relief.
