Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Counselling for admission to undergraduate and integrated courses offered by Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV) through CUET-UG will begin on Friday, with more than 600 vacant seats across 31 courses up for grabs.

A key highlight of the second round is that students will, for the first time, be allotted seats in the five-year Integrated MBA programme of the Institute of Management Studies (IMS). The programme has 60 seats for general, Scheduled Tribe (ST), Scheduled Caste (SC) and Other Backward Classes (OBC) categories, besides six Economically Weaker Section (EWS) seats.

The second round of counselling will be held from Aug 7 to 10. Students shortlisted for Group B courses have been called for offline counselling, where seats will be allotted on the spot and documents verified. Students seeking admission to IIPS will also have to report physically for counselling.

The 31 undergraduate and integrated programmes are offered across 18 departments, including IMS, IIPS, EMRC, Law, Economics, Commerce, IET and Social Sciences. Courses include BBA, BA Economics, BA LLB, BCom, BCA, BPharma, MBA, MSc and MTech programmes.

Among the vacant seats are 34 in MBA (Foreign Trade), 29 each in MSc (Electronic Media) and BCom Logistics, 27 each in MBA Tourism, BSW and BPharma, 26 in MBA-MS, 25 in BCom Retail, 22 each in BA Economics and BA Sociology, and 60 in Integrated MBA. Other vacant seats are spread across programmes in management, commerce, social sciences, engineering, technology, law and pharmacy.
