Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Out of 14 lakh, around 45k Indore students are going to appear for Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2025.
Most of these students have shown interest in courses offered by Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV). Indore will have 3 to 4 exam centers.
The CUET for undergraduate courses will start on May 8 and continue till June 1.
New courses at DAVV
This year, DAVV has added new courses to CUET UG, including BA in Geography, Psychology, Philosophy, and BBA in Aviation. Previously, admission to these programs was based on non-CUET criteria, but they have now been added due to growing student interest.
DAVV currently offers 28 undergraduate and integrated programs such as BA Economics, B.Com Taxation, B.Com Honors, B.Pharm, BCA, BALLB, MCA, and M.Tech. A total of 1,470 seats are available across these programs.
Exams in two shifts
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the exam in two shifts across the country.
The admit cards have been released which include details about exam centers. Around 14 lakh students are expected to take CUET UG this year. The exams will end on June 1.
Results & Counselling
The results will be declared by NTA by July and universities will receive student data about 10 days later. Based on this data, DAVV will prepare merit lists and ranks. The counseling process is expected to begin by July 15, with the first admission round starting in August.
