40,000 Hectares Earmarked For Educational Projects: CM Mohan Yadav; Inaugurated Sandipani Vidyalaya & Navodaya Vidyalaya |
Alot (Madhya Pradesh): Chief Minister (CM) Mohan Yadav and Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan visited Alot on Friday to inaugurate the newly constructed buildings of Sandipani Vidyalaya and Navodaya Vidyalaya. The event was also attended by Karnataka Governor Thawarchand Gehlot.
Sandipani Vidyalaya cost Rs 34 crore, and it took three years to complete its construction. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan officially inaugurated the Sandipani Vidyalaya by cutting the ribbon, marking a significant milestone for the local education system.

Following this, the CM proceeded to Navodaya Vidyalaya in Khamariya village, where another new building was inaugurated.
Addressing a meeting at the venue, CM Yadav highlighted the Madhya Pradesh government's commitment to improving education, noting that government school results have shown improvement compared to the previous year.
He mentioned plans to utilise 40,000 hectares of vacant government land for future educational projects. He informed of plans to develop Triveni Sangam of Deepeshwari Mahadev Temple in Shipwara.
Union Education Minister Pradhan announced that artificial intelligence (AI) will be integrated into the national education policy to enhance technological advancements in government schools, similar to those in private institutions.
He also celebrated the achievements of India's education system, citing the BrahMos and Akash missiles as examples of successful outcomes.
The event was attended by several local leaders, including Ujjain MP Anil Ferozia, Minister of Small and Medium Enterprises Patan Kashyap and other prominent BJP representatives.
