Kolkata: Two persons died and another suffered injuries when a truck rammed into their two-wheeler from behind at Kadamtala in West Bengal’s Howrah district, police said on Thursday.
The two died on the spot after the accident on Andul Road around 10 pm on Wednesday, while the second pillion rider was admitted to a hospital in critical condition, they said.
The deceased have been identified as Raj Laskar and Irfan Mollah. The injured Shiltu Mollah is undergoing treatment in the ICU of the hospital, a police officer said.
