Kanpur: A deputy director of the Export Inspection Agency viciously attacked a retired textile engineer in Kanpur's Ratan Planet Square society on May 25, biting off part of his nose during a parking altercation. CCTV footage shows the 55-year-old bureaucrat and four accomplices assaulting the 64-year-old society secretary after his refusal to personally remove an illegally parked vehicle.
