The Allahabad High Court has granted bail to Dr. Anushka Tiwari, a dentist accused in the deaths of two engineers following a hair transplant procedure. The case was filed at Rawatpur police station, charging her with culpable homicide not amounting to murder.

Kanpur: The Allahabad High Court has granted bail to Dr. Anushka Tiwari, a dentist accused in the deaths of two engineers following a hair transplant procedure. The case was filed at Rawatpur police station, charging her with culpable homicide not amounting to murder.
Court Grants Bail Amid Ongoing Investigation
Dr. Tiwari's defense argued that she did not perform the procedure on one of the deceased, Vineet Dubey, and that another doctor, Dr. Manish Singh, was responsible. Her legal team also highlighted that there was no direct evidence against her and that she had no prior criminal record.
The court was informed that the hair transplant took place at Sai Ram Charitable Hospital, and Dubey died at Regency Hospital after his condition worsened.
