UP Minister Gulab Devi Injured In Convoy Collision Near Hapur Toll Plaza; Security Personnel Seriously Hurt

Uttar Pradesh Minister of State (Independent Charge) Gulab Devi sustained injuries on Monday after vehicles in her convoy collided near the Hapur Toll Plaza on the Eastern Peripheral Expressway.

According to reports, the minister was returning from Delhi when multiple vehicles in her convoy rammed into each other. Gulab Devi suffered minor injuries, while one of her security personnel was seriously hurt in the incident.

She was immediately taken to Hapur District Hospital, where doctors provided her with primary medical care and confirmed that her condition is stable and not a cause for concern.

Following the incident, local police reached the spot and managed the situation. Preliminary findings suggest that the accident occurred due to sudden braking and inadequate distance between the vehicles in the convoy.
